Pickleland Helper Privacy Policy

Effective October 15, 2026

Pickleland Helper is a Chrome extension made by Pickleland LLC for its own front-desk staff. It is not offered to the public. This policy explains what the extension does with information about the players it shows our staff.

What the extension reads

It reads these pages only to show reminders and check-in checks to our staff, and only on those sites.

What it stores, and where

The extension keeps a short record in the browser it runs in: which ClassPass players have been marked attended, staff's "checked in on PlayByPoint" ticks and any "paying out of pocket" overrides. This record stays in that browser's own storage, is not sent to Pickleland or anyone else, and is deleted after 14 days.

Tournament import

When a staff member chooses to import a session's players into the Pickleland tournament app (tournaments.pickleland.com), the extension passes the player names to that app. While a tournament runs, the app stores the players' names, teams and scores in its database (Google Firebase) to show the live bracket on the club's TVs and players' phones. That live tournament board can be viewed by anyone with its link. The names of a finished tournament's top finishers are kept in our tournament history for seasonal standings.

What we don't do

Player information from other services

Bookings come from PlayByPoint and ClassPass, and their own privacy policies cover the information those services hold.

Questions or removal requests

To ask about your information, or to have your name removed from our tournament history, email support@pickleland.com.
